Salma Adam BL, LLB, BSc. is a Technical & Legal Support Officer with the power transmission utility company, Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo). She has over a decades' experience in the Telecommunication and Energy Sectors having previously worked with the Telecom Giant Scancom (MTN) Gh. Ltd.

Salma specializes in major negotiations for GRIDCo's new uTelco business and has the key responsibility of bridging the technical and legal aspects of these engagements. Currently pursuing an MSc. in Energy Economics at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) she has been involved in research into Energy Policies and Regulation.

She has an Electrical / Electronic Engineering degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and an LLB from the University of London. She is a lawyer called to the Ghanaian Bar and a member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers (GhIE).
