Dr. Francis Xavier Tuokuu is a Lecturer in Sustainability at Bournemouth University in the UK, having completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at York University in Toronto, Canada. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies from Antioch University, New Hampshire, in the United States, preceded by a double Master's Degree: M.Sc. in Interdisciplinary Environmental Studies from Antioch University and M.Sc. in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Energy from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, UK. He also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography & Resource Development with Philosophy from the University of Ghana, Legon. He researches, teaches, and consults on environmental policy and social justice, green technology and renewable energy, business and human rights, mining, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.
