Mauricio Hernández

Mauricio Hernandez is an associate researcher at Kühne Chair of Logistics and electromobility at the Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia, research fellow at the Electrical Energy Research Center (CEPEL), researcher at the Environmental Sciences Laboratory of the Federal University de Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in Brazil. He is an environmental engineer from District University JFC (Colombia) with a master’s degree in civil engineering and, currently, a Ph.D. candidate at the Energy Planning Program, COPPE-UFRJ (Brasil). With nine years of experience in engineering and research, his research lines focus on strategic planning and sustainability of energy sector and electromobility, specifically about spatial multicriteria modeling applied to decision-making in public policy and project development.
