Ehteshamul Hoq is a Bar Training Course (BTC) candidate at BPP University, Manchester, and holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London, an LLM with a GPA of 3.98/4.0 from Southeast University, Dhaka, and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Humanitarian Law from NALSAR University of Law, India. Ehteshamul is an Assistant Professor of Law at Southeast University, Dhaka (currently on study leave), Bangladesh and has published twelve peer-reviewed articles on environmental law, international humanitarian law, criminal justice, and consumer protection. He is a member of the Gray's Inn AGIS Student Law Journal editorial board, the UK Environmental Law Association, and the Supreme Court Bar Association of Bangladesh, where he practiced as an advocate for 16 years before relocating to the United Kingdom.
