Problems receiving emails from OGEL?
If you are having problems receiving emails from OGEL please read the information and instructions below.
Adding email@example.com to your safe senders.
If you find email from @ogel.org in your spam or junk folder, please take a moment to instruct your mail program that it is not spam by marking the mail with the "not spam", "not junk" or similar button. This will train your email program to whitelist it.

(If your organisation has many members receiving update emails you may need to increase the number of allowed (smtp) connections from the 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 IP addresses)
Sender Policy Framework (SPF)
The ogel.org domain has a SPF record.
With the information above you should be able to setup a filter to allow receiving emails from OGEL.
If you are using Postini:
ogel.org should to be added to "Postini Approved Senders" lists.
In addition, 22.214.171.124 and 126.96.36.199 should be created as a "Pass Through" (whitelist) entity in Postini.
